The Passport Information Datacard (PID) is a compact, credit-card-sized alternative to a traditional passport book in select situations. It securely stores key identity details from the original passport, offering a portable and convenient solution for travelers.

How to get your PID

To obtain your PID, click APPLY to begin the registration process. Please have the following information ready:

Important Usage Guidelines for Your PID:

1. Passport s Required

Your current PID becomes invalid when you obtain a new passport. You must apply for a new PID that matches your d passport information.

2. Child Eligibility

Each traveler, including children, requires their own individual PID.

3. Photo Identification Validity

You must replace your PID if your appearance has significantly changed and the photograph no longer provides reliable identification.

4. Travel Restrictions

The PID is not valid for international border crossings and flights where passport presentation is mandatory.
